Pita Pit is located in an existing building in Overland Park, Kansas along the 95th Street Corridor. The interior remodel included mechanical, electrical, plumbing and structural work. Branding for the chain restaurant was coordinated with all new finishes inside the dining and ordering areas. Behind the public areas is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooler and freezer, an office and a men’s and women’s restroom. Space planning within the narrow footprint allowed for a successful dining area with the maximum number of seats and well as a fully functional kitchen area.
