The Hagaya Ramen Shop is a unique offering in the historic downtown of Emporia, Kansas. The interior remodel includes multiple booths, table seating and a bar area with views into the kitchen area.  All kitchen equipment was coordinated with the owner to ensure the most efficient work area. Other improvements to the space included a new airlock entry and host area, and ADA accessible bathrooms. Throughout the design the space is a wood textured wall that gives the space a character defining feel. The space is has a rich wood texture balanced with a gold tufted upholstery. The table and booth layout maximizes the number of patrons dining at one time without feeling crowded.
