Location: 417 Commercial Emporia, Kansas 66801 Contractors are required to register with the architect to be notified of addendums. [email protected] The project consists of new conference room and office for Moon Title and Escrow, this includes a new structural beam and miscellaneous demolition while building new walls and doors associated with the work. Structural improvements to the roof system, removal of the existing membrane and a new TPO roof membrane that is fully adhered. The project also includes a series of alternates that may or may not be accepted in no particular order. The owner under a separate contract will be utilizing another contractor for demolition except for the following: 1. New masonry opening into Moon Title. 2.
